This is the background of the Community Service Team consisting of Dr. Agung Winarno, MM, Dr. Madziatul Churiyah, S.Pd., MM, Dr. Wening Patmi Rahayu, S.Pd, MM and Reza Alwirdatus Sholihah, held training on the Digital-based Application of Incoming and Outgoing Mail Administration Systems (SIAMAKE) to village officials at Madiredo Village Hall, Pujon District, Malang Regency, 28-29 December 2018 .

"The development of a website-based government correspondence administration system can help village officials to improve the efficiency of the village administration system in addition to the ease of access it can get, which can be accessed anytime and anywhere," explained Dr. Agung Winarno, MM

This system can be used by many users at the same time, so the work process will be completed faster.

"Utilization of the based system website is a sophistication in information technology that is easy to apply. Another benefit of this application is that it can keep important village documents free from the risk of damage and loss as has happened so far, "he added.

The application, which is a joint work between UM students and lecturers, will be introduced in all villages, especially in Malang Regency, after a limited trial has been carried out and gets evaluations from user villages. In this activity the participants understand the debriefing material well and are able to independently practice the operation of the correspondence administration application.
