UM Conducts Non-PNS Permanent Lecturer Pre-Service Training

Poor. State University of Malang (UM) conducts learning and training in order to develop employee competencies for permanent non-PNS lecturers. Training is carried out through channels Zoom Meeting which begins with the opening and giving of the first material on Monday (18/01). There are 40 training participants who are non-civil servant permanent lecturers, consisting of 37 people from doctoral level graduates and three from postgraduate level graduates.
The training will be held for four days with a total of nine materials to be presented. The nine materials are "UM in the past, present, and future", character building, nationalism and nationalism insight, the tri dharma of higher education, institutions, academic leadership in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, public services, campus life ethics, and social ethics and morals. campus academic.
"This activity aims to form UM lecturers so they can work professionally in implementing the tri dharma of higher education. Then want to form the attitudes and characteristics of UM lecturers to work more optimally and get to know um better, so that they can love um and work as well as possible. Nine materials will be presented which are expected to represent debriefing for training participants in carrying out their duties as lecturers. " Said Drs. Vice Rector II Prof.. Dr. Heri Suwignyo, M.Pd stated that sThese nine materials were deemed very mature and solid to be presented to the participants. The introductory material for UM is expected to be able to foster a sense of love and as an initial part of the adaptation for some prospective lecturers who have backgrounds from outside UM. So as to be able to create an atmosphere and teaching methods in accordance with the provisions that have been provided.
