POOR - State University of Malang (UM) is planning a project to build a university supporting building in the form of a mosque with the aim of increasing the capacity of the congregation, where initially it only accommodates 5,000 worshipers, increasing the capacity to 8,000. This plan was carried out with the commencement of the recruitment of Planning Consultant Services through auctions and a tender system since last September (11/09) and intermittent for 100 days until December (11/12), so that this recruitment resulted in the selection of PT Yodya Karya Surabaya as a company that offers consulting services. planning the Al-Hikmah mosque construction project from as many as 23 companies participating in this tender competition.

Head of the Procurement Service Unit (ULP), Nur Yasin, said that there are qualifications that must be met by tender participants, one of which is that participants have registered on the national portal of the Government Goods / Services Procurement Policy Institute (LKPP).

"Companies competing in this tender must fulfill documents containing the overall design of the building design, and the design includes various designs such as the position of several items to be included in the mosque, then the mosque ceiling design, and still many more ", he said. "Later, according to the planner service design document, the plan is to build three floors with an area of 40 x 50 m², then also provided a secretarial room for several parties such as BDM (red: Mosque Da'wah Agency), and his friends, "he explained further.

The tender system for the selection of planning consultant services is carried out by reviewing several building design documents belonging to the participants, considering the details of the size value of each side of the building, and the best design design will be selected as the winner of the auction in the tender competition.

"We also consider the selected bidders from the best price offer they offer," he said, explaining the procedure for selecting planning consultant services.

He also explained that this project is estimated to be completed in a period of 240 days or approximately 8 months. It is estimated that the source of funds for the reconstruction project of the Al-Hikmah mosque is as much as Rp110,000,000,000.00 based on the estimated budget ceiling from the State University of Malang Budget Implementation List (DIPA) which comes from Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) for Fiscal Year 2021 with details allocation of funds for planning consultant services amounting to Rp2,350,000,000.00 and a total Self Estimated Price (HPS) for supervisory consultant services amounting to Rp1,477,273,800.00.

"For now, we are in the process of selecting consultant services for the supervisory department which is also estimated within 100 days as at the time of selecting consultant services for the planning department". said Nur Yasin as the Head of the UM ULP.
