One of them was the distribution of medicines to anticipate the symptoms of COVID-19 from Hanban to the UM Mandari Language Center on Tuesday (26/05).

Hanban is a public institution affiliated with the Chinese Ministry of Education and is committed to providing Chinese language and culture teaching resources and services around the world. This organization has established branches in various parts of the world, including in Indonesia. There are 7 Confucious Institute which is managed by Hanban in Indonesia. Hanban and the UM Mandarin Language Center have a good relationship in order to support Mandarin learning at UM.

“The anti-Covid19 war has shown success in China, and Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) hopes to share this valuable experience with all countries around the world, including Indonesia. It is hoped that the delivery of these drugs can help students, lecturers, staff, and people who are preparing to fight Covid-19, especially the UM academic community, "explained Mrs. Liao Guirong as director of the UM Mandarin Language Center.

The medicine is called LIAN HUA QING WEN Capsule, and it is used for the treatment of influenza with fever or high fever, aversion to cold, muscle pain, nasal congestion and runny nose, cough, headache, dry pharynx and sore throat, red tongue, oily yellow or yellow fur, etc. "This drug can be consumed three times a day, four at a time," he explained.

"I really hope, we can unite together to always be in good health, and get better to a normal life as soon as possible," hoped the director of PBM in his online interview.
