Poor. The indicator of the success of the learning system in a university environment is the transfer of knowledge and experience between academics. It does not only happen between lecturers and students, but knowledge transfer must occur between all academic groups who become stakeholder in Higher Education.

One example is when alumni can share their knowledge and experiences both in the academic and non-academic fields with students and the entire academic community in higher education, such as the essence of the "Alumni Talk" Webinar with the theme Strategies to Get Masters Scholarships at Home and Abroad this.

Activities carried out on July 14 2020 at 12.00 WIB directly through Youtube Channel Officially owned by the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Malang (department of management museum), carried out by 2 methods of taking content, namely face-to-face between Moderator Mr. Dediek Tri Kurniawan, SE, MM (FE UM lecturer, LPDP UI Alumnis) and Speaker 3 namely Mrs. Arum Prasasti, SE, M.Sc (FE UM lecturer, LPDP alumni University of Leicester England) at the Multimedia Laboratory, the pride of the Faculty of Economics, located in Building E4, and combined with Zoom Meeting which was attended by Speaker 1, Mrs. Ayu Maghfuroh, S.Pd (alumni of PADP FE UM, awardee LPDP) and Speaker 2, Mrs. Khusnul Rofidah, S.Pd, MM (alumni of PADP FE UM, Lecturers and Alumni of LPDP UB). This activity was opened by Dr. Wening Patmi Rahayu, S.Pd, MM as the Secretary of the FE UM Management Department.

The activity, which discussed a lot of important and up-to-date information related to scholarships, both domestic and foreign, as well as unique, happy and moving experiences of the speakers and moderators was very interesting, considering that the four people were recipients of LPDP scholarships so they could convey information - valid information for the listener.

Activities that take place live via Youtube This event was also attended by hundreds of spectators who actively contributed to this activity by providing comments and questions in the column live chat as long as activities is on progress. The audience, which consisted of students and the academic community of State University of Malang, was able to immerse themselves in the conversation which was guided by Moderator Mr. Dediek Tri Kurniawan, SE, MM, thereby adding to the success of the event which was held as a successor to the previous Series 1 "Alumni Talk" Webinar.

In the end, the Series 2 "Alumni Talk" Webinar activity was felt to have met its goal as a scientific presentation that was packaged in such a way, as attractive as possible and still adhere to the Covid-19 Protocol for security and mutual comfort, so as to open the horizons of the world of education which are expected to be able to spur the creation of graduates. -Best graduate in the Faculty of Economics, State University of Malang at a later date.
