In order to admit new students, State University of Malang (UM) opens new student registration for the Independent Selection for Undergraduate (S-1) and Diploma 3 (D-3) Programs on line with the following conditions.

1. REQUIREMENTS

  1. SMA / MA / SMK / MAK graduates or equivalent (do not have to have taken the 2020 UTBK-SBMPTN).
  2. Pay a registration fee of Rp.200,000.00 (two hundred thousand rupiah). 

2. SELECTION TYPE

  1. Selection based on UTBK-SBMPTN 2020 score (participants upload the 2020 UTBK participant card)
  2. Selection based on portfolio scores (participants upload scan 1–5 semester report cards and achievements (for those who have)).

Note:

Participants can only follow one one type of selection (not allowed 2 types of selection).

3. OPTIONAL STUDY PROGRAMS

  1. Each participant can choose a maximum of 2 (two) S-1 and / or D-3 study programs.
  2. List of elective courses can be seen at Attachment 1.

4. REGISTRATION

b. Registration Procedures

  1. Prospective participants pay a fee SELECTION OF MANDIRI UM to Bank BRI / BNI / BTN / Mandiri / CIMB Niaga by showing your identity card number (KTP / SIM / Indonesian Passport / KSK).
  2. After making a payment, participants will receive proof of payment from the bank which contains: (1) Identity number, and (2) PIN as many as 10 digits. This Identity Number and PIN are confidential and can only be used to register on line one time and to see the result announcement.
  3. Participants prepare the latest color photo files (standard for diplomas), size 4 × 6 cm, format * .jpg, with a resolution of at least 250 dpi, 400 × 600 pixels, and a maximum file size of 100 kb.
  4. Participants register online on line through the page https://seleksi.um.ac.id by entering the Identity Number and PIN, then pressing the button Login.
  5. Participants fill out the registration form electronically correctly and upload the following documents.

3) Certificate of parent's income / salary list
4) Family Card (KK)
5) Birth Certificate / Birth Identity Certificate
6) Proof of PBB Payment
7) Photos of the house in front of the house, living room and kitchen
8) Statement of Ability to Pay Tuition Fees
  1. Participants save files and print card Proof of Registration on line.
  2. The proof of registration card signed by the prospective participant is valid as a participant identification card.
  3. Participants who resign, registration money cannot be withdrawn.

5. EDUCATION COSTS

The amount of SPSA (Academic Facility Development Contribution) and UKT (Single Tuition Fee) for each study program can be seen in Attachment 2.

6. ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS

The selection results can be seen on the page https://seleksi.um.ac.id/

8. NOTES

With the issuance of this announcement, the announcement number 20.4.47 / UN32 / KM / 2020 concerning the Admission of New Students for Undergraduate (S-1) and Diploma (D-3) Independent Pathways Based on UTBK-SBMPTN Value or University Computer-Based Self Test (TMBK) Malang State Academic Year 2020/2021 declared revoked and not valid.
