In the Odd Semester 2019/2020 State University of Malang accepts new students for the Undergraduate Program (S1) Input Non-Senior High School Level Transfer Program Selection (SPAJ) through written examinations / interviews.

A. REQUIREMENTS

  1. Selection Requirements
    1. Passing Diploma III of Education / Non-Education, Non-Education Undergraduate (accredited study program at least B) to enter the Bachelor (S1) Education Program.
    2. Pass the Non-Education Diploma III (accredited study program at least B) to enter the Non-Educational Undergraduate Program (S1).
    3. Registrants have registered at the PDDikti Base.
    4. Receive study permits / assignments from authorized officials (Principals / Education Offices / Agencies / Companies) for those who are already working.
  2. Admission Requirements

Passing the selection examination for new student admissions, independent selection for non-SLTA input Selection Program Transfer Level (SPAJ).

C. REGISTRATION

  1. Registration on line done from date 9 July 2019 15.00 WIB and end date 18 July 2019 15.00 WIB.
  2. A registration fee of IDR 300,000.00 (three hundred thousand rupiah) is paid through BRI / BNI / BTN / Mandiri / Cimb Niaga banks on line.
  3. Registration fees that have been paid at the bank cannot be refunded for any reason.
  4. Registration Procedures
    1. Prospective participants pay a fee UM SPAJ REGISTRATION start date 9 July 2019 by entering one of the identity card numbers (KTP / SIM / Passport / KK) to the destination bank.
    2. After making a payment, participants will receive proof of payment which contains: (1) Identity Number; and (2) a PIN comprising 10 digits. This Identity Number and PIN are confidential and can only be used to register on line once and to see the announcement of the selection results.
    3. Participants register online on line through the https://seleksi.um.ac.id page by entering the Identity Number and PIN, then pressing the button Login, or CLICK HERE
    1. Participants fill in the electronic registration form according to the instructions correctly and upload: (1) scanned diplomas and original transcripts, (2) latest color photo file (standard for diplomas) with the face facing forward, size 4 × 6 cm, format *. jpg, with a resolution of at least 250 dpi, 400 × 600 pixels, and a maximum file size of 100 kb.
    2. Mistakes / cheating in filling out this form result in the cancellation of acceptance as a new student.
    3. Participants save files and print the Proof of Registration card on line.
    4. The Evidence of Registration Card signed by the prospective participant is valid as a Participant Identity Card.

D. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EXAM

  1. Examination places are held in each faculty.
  2. The day before the exam takes place, participants must already know the place and room for the exam.
  3. The exam is held on the date 23 July 2019 (place and execution of the exam can be seen on the Proof of Registration Card) and participants are ready at the location 30 minutes before the test.
  4. Test material is a test of the potential of the field of study and / or an interview.
  5. Equipment that must be brought during the exam: (1) proof of registration card, (2) identity card used when making payments, and (3) 2B pencil, rubber eraser, pencil sharpener (if needed), (4) original certificate and transcript, (5) 1 sheet legalized photocopy of study program accreditation.

E. ANNOUNCEMENT OF SELECTION RESULTS

The selection results are announced on the date July 29, 2019 through the page http://seleksi.um.ac.id/.

F. SPECIAL PROVISIONS

  1. Prospective new students who are declared accepted must fill out the Student Biodata form on line through the page http://registrasi.um.ac.id/ on July 30 to 31 2019.
  2. Paying UKS tuition fees (Semester Tuition Fee) and SPSA (Academic Facility Support Contribution).
  3. Doing administrative registration date August 1, 2019 at the Subag for Registration and Statistics (Graha Rectorate lt. 2), by submitting the following files:
    1. Proof of Registration Card;
    2. Proof of payment from the bank;
    3. Proof of UKS payment / details of tuition fees;
    4. 1 sheet of photocopy of diploma and transcript that has been legalized;
    5. 1 copy of Birth Certificate / Birth Identity Certificate;
    6. 1 sheet of copy of family card;
    7. A medical examination result letter (original) from the UM Polyclinic;
    8. UM New Student Biodata Prints;
    9. A printed UM Student Statement Letter stamped Rp. 6,000.
  4. Prospective new students who cannot fulfill the administrative registration requirements as stipulated are declared void.
  5. The cost of educating new prospective students who have made administrative registration and then resigned cannot be refunded.
  6. Make a contract for the courses that are taken and Academic Registration at the Faculty August 8 to 14, 2019.
  7. Lecture activities start August 19, 2019.
