2	15 – 19 Juli 2019	Proses verifikasi data calon penerima beasiswa bidikmisi.
3	23 Juli 2019pukul 07.00—11.00 WIB	Wawancara calon penerima Bidikmisi dilaksanankan di Gedung O3, Fakultas Matematika & IPA UM (lewat Jl. Veteran Malang) dan cannot be represented.
4	23 Juli 2019pukul 08.00–13.00 WIB	Perform administrative registration at Graha Cakrawala UM Building (via Jl. Veteran Malang) and cannot be represented, dengan cara:a. Menyerahkan berkas registrasi administrasi yang meliputi:Lembar Validasi (dicetak melalui laman http://registrasi.um.ac.id); Photocopy of Birth Certificate / Birth Identity Certificate (1 sheet); Photocopy of Family Card (KK) (1 sheet); Photocopy of Certificate of Graduation (SKL) / Certificate that has been legalized (1 sheet); Certificate of medical examination results (original) from Puskesmas or government doctors for allnew students. For students who do not have a health certificate from the puskesmas, the test can be done at the UM Polyclinic for Rp. 15,000.00; Biographies of New Students of State University of Malang (printed on the website http://registrasi.um.ac.id and affixed with a 4 × 6 photograph / standard diploma); and Student Statement (SPM) State University of Malang (printed via website http://registrasi.um.ac.id) bermaterai Rp 6.000,00b. Melakukan foto (beDress a neat shirt / blouse and shoes).
5	July 29, 2019	Pengumuman Penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi di http://um.ac.id dan Penetapan Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT) bagi calon mahasiswa baru yang tidak diterima sebagai peserta bidikmisi.
6	30 Juli – 6 Agustus 2019	Pembayaran Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT) di bank BRI, BTN, BNI, Independent and CIMB Niaga (Payment procedures can be found at http://support.um.ac.id/topic/epayment) bagi calon mahasiswa baru yang tidak diterima sebagai peserta bidikmisi.
7	9 – 10 Agustus 2019	Pengambilan Jas Almamater dan Kartu Mahasiswa
8	August 13-18, 2019	Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB)
