Attached is sent with respect (1) Announcement No. 5.6.10 / UN32.I / KM / 2020 concerning the Registration of Odd Semester Students for the 2020/2021 Academic Year and (2) Circular No. 18.6.246 / UN32 / KL / 2020 concerning Regulation of UM Campus Activities in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period to be observed and obeyed .

In addition, it is necessary to emphasize again that:

(1) for the last semester students who received an extension due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they must take a final exam, thesis, thesis and dissertation no later than November 2020 and the revision of the scientific work will be completed no later than mid-December 2020;

(2) there is no study extension for whatever reason and students who have finished their study period but have not graduated will be given a certificate of having studied at UM.

(3) All odd SMT lectures are conducted online, except for practicum courses, please communicate with the Koorprodi and the lecturers who teach the respective courses.

(4) Guidance in writing the final project, thesis, thesis and dissertation is done online.
