That based on:

1. Press Release of the President of the Republic of Indonesia dated March 15, 2020 regarding the Government's Attitude Toward the COVID-19 Pandemic;

2. Circular of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. HK.02.01 / MENKES / 199/2020 dated 12 March 2020 concerning Communication on Handling Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19);

3. Circular of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3 of 2020 dated 9 March 2020 concerning the Prevention of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) in the Education Unit;

And paying attention to the development of the change in the status of the COVID-19 infection to a pandemic, State University of Malang has set an extension of the Prevention period for the Spread of COVID-19 to 29 May 2020, and stipulates the following matters.

1. As from the date of stipulation until May 29, 2020, special arrangements for activities will be made in the campus environment of the State University of Malang.

a. Lectures

1. Lectures use SIPEJAR UM or other online media, such as GoogleMeet, G-Classroom, Schoology, WA, e-mail, and so on.

2. Practicum (microteaching, laboratory, workshop, studio, sports, Tafaqquh fi Dinil Islam / TDI or similar activities) is postponed or given an equivalent assignment.

3. Research in the laboratory for the completion of final assignments, theses, theses, and dissertations is regulated by each unit by applying the UM COVID-19 Precautionary Protocol

4. Lectures outside the State University of Malang campus environment (KPL, non-KPL, KKN, KKL) are postponed. Students who are carrying out lecture activities outside the campus are required to follow the health protocol of the local government or agency.

5. Implementation of final assignment, thesis, and dissertation guidance can be carried out online.

6. Implementation of proposal exams, KPL examinations, final project examinations, thesis examinations, thesis examinations and dissertation examinations shall be carried out by following the established health protocols.

7. Guidance and implementation of PKM activities, student innovation, student research, student service and similar activities are postponed and / or online.

b. Academic and Non-Academic Administration Services, as well as Libraries Academic, non-academic, and library administration activities are carried out by maximizing online services. In the event that it must be implemented, it must still apply the precautionary protocol for COVID-19.
