The oath-taking process for the Competition Judges

Poor. The XV Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur'an (MTQ) State University of Malang (UM) was held again after UM's victory as General Champion in MTQ MN for the 4th time at Syiah Kuala University a few months ago. This Musabaqah is an agenda of the Student Activity Unit (UKM) Alquran Study Club (ASC) which is held annually as an effort to find the talents of UM students in the field of qur'aan. UM Vice Rector III, Dr. Mu'arifin, M.Pd fully supported this activity and officially opened it on Friday (18/10) in the hall of the Faculty of Economics (FE) UM.

WR III UM always reminds all students who struggle in the field of qur'aan, that the main objective of the MTQ competition is to be able to understand the alqur'an or even be able to apply the values of the Qur'an in their daily life. If the internal scope reflects the behavior of the qur'ani, it is hoped that later it will be able to bring the values of the Qur'an to the life of the nation and state and be safe in the afterlife.

"After the mindset that the values of the Koran must be applied, then in accordance with our tradition as MTQ General Champion we should also defend it as much as possible. In this musabaqah it is hoped that talents will emerge, superior seeds who will later represent UM in MTQ to a higher level. God willing, with the implementation of this UM MTQ, there will be candidates who will bring the UM name on the national scene. Keep the spirit of fostering our younger siblings, let's prepare ourselves for other events. Have a good discussion, "ordered Dr. Mu'arifin in his speech.
