UM Student Team Presentation at AISEF in Surabaya

Poor- The Student Team of the State University of Malang (UM) which consisted of 5 members succeeded in winning ASEAN Innovative Science and Entrepreneurship Fair (AISEF) organized by Indonesian Young Scientist Association (IYSA) in collaboration with the East Java Biology MGMP. Gold Medal presented by Jasmine Nurul Izza (Biology Education 2018), Zahra Firdaus (Biology Education 2018), Rifqon Hakiki (Chemical Education 2017), Wida Puteri Agista (Physics 2017), and Rifqi Naufal Tohari (Informatics Engineering 2017), are proof that enthusiasm students never go out to always work.

This AISEF also led the UM student team to receive MYSO Special Award and will travel to Malaysia in July. This activity is an international competency from elementary to university level in ASEAN with a total of 165 teams from Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, and others. The AISEF implementation activity was held at BG Junction Surabaya, on February 14-16.

Introducing Cell Edqar to High School Students

Titled Cell-Edqar: Cell Edcation Game Based on Quartet and Augmented Reality As a Smart Solution to Revitalize Interactive Biology Learning in Cells, it is hoped that it can help high school students to like to learn biology. Equipped with 3D Augmented Reality, Cell-Edqar can facilitate the understanding of high school students to make it easier to visualize abstract biology learning. Cell-Edqar is equipped with video material and quizzes that serve as a learning evaluation. 

"Can continue to develop Cell-Edqar with other biology materials so that it can help younger siblings in high school to love studying biology. Want to continue to develop Cell-Edqar so that later it can be accessed at play store"Hope Wida represents his teammates.

The victory of the UM Student Team at AISEF

Apart from that, Wida also expressed her immense joy by getting gold medal to AISEF and also he expressed the solidarity of his team that can turn all obstacles into success.
