a. That the State University of Malang has conducted administrative and academic selections for New Student Candidates for Diploma III and Undergraduate Program Independent Selection Pathways of Achievement and UTBK-SBMPTN or Portfolio for Academic Year 2020/2021;
b. Whereas based on the results of administrative registration for new student candidates, the Mandiri Selection Pathway for Achievement and UTBK-SBMPTN or Portfolio for the Academic Year 2020/2021, there are participants who are entitled to receive the Indonesia Smart College Card;
c. Whereas based on the considerations referred to in letters a and b, it is necessary to stipulate a Decree of the Rector of State University of Malang concerning the Appointment of New Students Receiving Smart Indonesian Cards for Independent Selection of State University of Malang for the Academic Year 2020/2021.
