REQUIREMENTS

  1. Requirements Selection
    1. Program Diploma 3 (D-3) Path Achievement
      • SMA / MA / SMK / MAK graduates in 2020.
      • Students in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd level of SMA / MA with specialization in Science / Social Sciences / Language or rank 1, 2, 3 in the level of study program / expertise program of SMK / MAK (based on report cards as evidenced by a certificate from the principal).
      • SMA / MA / SMK / MAK students who win non-academic achievements are ranked 1st, 2nd and 3rd place (fields as listed in Attachment 1) at the lowest Regency / City level in competitions / championships that were obtained in the last 3 (three) years and organized by a credible institution.
    2. Achievement Undergraduate Program (S-1)
      • SMA / MA / SMK / MAK graduates in 2020
      • SMA / MA / SMK / MAK students who get 1st, 2nd, 3rd place (fields as listed in Attachment) at the lowest provincial level obtained in the last 3 (three) years and administered by a credible institution.
  2. Elective Study Program
    Each participant can choose a maximum of 2 (two) study programs according to the majors in SMA / MA / SMK / MAK. List of elective courses can be seen at Attachment

REGISTRATION

  1. New Student Admission Schedule

  2. Registration fee in the amount of Rp. 300,000.00 (three hundred thousand rupiah) to be paid through BRI / BNI / BTN / Mandiri / CIMB Niaga banks.
  3. Registration Procedures:
    1. Prospective participants pay a fee REGISTRATION SELECTION INDEPENDENT UM through the BRI / BNI / BTN / Mandiri / Cimb Niaga bank according to the registration schedule by showing the Identity Number (NIK) on the KTP / Family Card or Passport number.
    2. After making a payment, participants will receive proof of payment from the bank which contains a confidential PIN and can only be used to register on line once and to see the announcement of the selection results.
    3. Participants register online on line through the page http://seleksi.um.ac.id/ppk-sarjana (S-1) or https://seleksi.um.ac.id/ppk/ (D-3) by entering the Participant's PIN and Identity.
    4. Participants fill out the registration form online on line carefully, completely, and correctly.
    5. Participants upload:
      • scan diploma or certificate of graduation,
      • files latest color photograph (standard for diploma) with the face facing forward, size 4 × 6 cm,
      • scan proof of achievement / the best 3 (three) winners,
      • scan grade 1-5 semester report cards and a certificate of achievement from the head
    6. Participants print card Proof of Registration on line.
