The Quality Assurance Unit (SPM), State University of Malang (UM) held an event Review SER AQAS (Self Evaluation Report Agency of Quality Assurance) Social Sciences Claster together with high officials of the Faculty of Social Sciences and SPM staff on Friday (05/02/2021). This event is held regularly hybrid, namely direct meetings at the PPG building using the strict Covid-19 health protocol and virtually through the platform Zoom.

The purpose of this event is to review the files that have been made by the FIS team as a prerequisite for AQAS international accreditation so that no complete information is submitted and there is no repeated discussion. The criteria are inreview in this event include: curriculum quality criteria, quality assurance procedure criteria, learning and assessment criteria, freshmen admission criteria, recognition and diploma, criteria for lecturers and educators, criteria learning resources and student support, and criteria for public information.

According to a report by one of the SPM managers, Ani Wilujeng Suryani, SE, M. AcctgFin, Ph.D. This year from UM there will be 40 study programs submitted for international accreditation, while those participating in AQAS are 25 study programs and FIS has completed it earlier. "There will be 40 study programs submitted for international accreditation while in AQAS there are 25 study programs and 4 study programs at FIS have been completed," he said.

It is hoped that after the completion of this event, the files that have been created by the FIS team can be supplemented with missing criteria and corrected for words or other things that are not correct so that they can be sent to external review award.
